- Unopened Items: You can return any unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Opened Items: We understand that pets can be picky eaters. If your pet doesn't like the food, you can return the opened item within 30 days of purchase for a store credit, equal to the value of the returned item.
- Original Receipt Required: Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
